Advance Payment – A non-refundable amount paid to initiate services or reserve campaign slots.

Client / You / Your – Any individual, business, or organization engaging Click72’s services.

Services – All offerings by Click72 including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media management, branding, content marketing, web development, automation, consulting, and digital advertising.

Third-Party Providers – Vendors or platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, hosting providers, or payment gateways used to deliver services.

Scope and Applicability
These Terms govern the use of Click72’s services, website, and any business engagement. By signing a contract, making an advance payment, or using our services, You agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
General Terms of Service

Projects, Appointments & Engagements

Services are provided based on mutually agreed proposals, project scopes, or contracts.

Advance payments are mandatory to initiate work.

Timelines depend on client responsiveness, approvals, and third-party platform policies.
Payments

Full or milestone-based payments must be made as per the agreed proposal/contract.

Advance payments are non-refundable.

Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Taxes (GST or applicable) will be charged as per Indian law.
Deliverables & Client Responsibilities

Deliverables (reports, campaigns, creatives, websites, etc.) will be outlined in the agreed scope.

The Client is responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely information, content, and approvals.

Ensuring they have rights to any materials, logos, or data provided.

The Agency is not liable for delays caused by incomplete inputs, approvals, or third-party disruptions.
Intellectual Property

Campaign strategies, creative concepts, and reports developed by Click72 remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Final deliverables (approved creatives, websites, or content) will belong to the Client after full payment is received.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of Click72’s proprietary processes, templates, or materials is prohibited.
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data, strategies, and client information.

Click72 may use anonymized case studies or project outcomes for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise restricted in writing.
Service Outcomes & Limitations

While Click72 strives for the highest professional standards, results cannot be guaranteed due to factors like market conditions, competition, algorithms, or third-party policies.

The Client acknowledges that outcomes such as leads, rankings, or sales depend on multiple external factors.
Liability

Click72 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the actual value of the services paid for.

The Agency is not responsible for third-party platform suspensions, policy changes, or technical downtime.
Third-Party Services

Services may involve third-party providers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting, CRMs).

By using these, You also agree to their respective terms of service.

Any changes, suspensions, or penalties by third parties are beyond the control of Click72.
Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers or discounts are valid only during the advertised period.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated in writing.
Contracts, Packages & Subscriptions

Retainer contracts, memberships, or prepaid packages must be utilized within the validity period.

Unused services or expired contracts will not be refunded or extended unless specifically agreed.

Jurisdiction
All disputes or claims shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts in accordance with Indian contract and consumer protection laws.
